Mikros Engineering currently has 36 computer controlled injection molding machines, which are replaced on a seven-year cycle.  This allows us to maintain very consistent cycles and hold very tight part tolerances.  Machine size capabilities range from 45 tons, 1.6 ounces to 750 tons, 138 ounces.  We process orders that range from 50 pieces to over 10,000,000.
