Mold repair is available 24 hours a day to support production requirements.  A four thousand square foot tool room is on-site, allowing for quick revisions, repairs, and maintenance to current tooling.  In addition, we have secured partnerships with over twenty mold making facilities, ensuring a great deal of tooling capacity.  Having this capacity allows us the flexibility to offer all types of tooling, from prototype aluminum molds to high production Class A multi-cavity molds.  Preventative mold maintenance and mold verification programs are also part of our ongoing quality assurance program.

Mikros engineers have strong mold making and design experience, and assist customers in developing new designs and new tooling.  Our project engineers manage your project from tool design through final approvals and product validation.
